1st level hatch

I have a "1537 studio" Dell laptop I installed the cryostasis, it was installed perfectlly it runs the game but at first scene,exactly the firstr scene! I open the hatch but cant go in side icrouch but it is unsuccesfull any way

Try to update PhysX driver, see if this helps. I would also try crawling there with physics in game options turned on and off.
