Default Grafics Problem: need HELP please

HI,
I'm experiencing grafics problems to a point where the game is totally unplayable. I'll try and attache some images of what happens ... says more than words

I've tried the following to fix this, nothing worked:

1. check for latest grafics driver... Yes (version: 6.14.11.6371)
2. Latest DirectX? ... Yes 9c
3. turned down grafics quality... Yes, no change...

I have a Gigabyte GV-NX85T512HP with NVIDIA 8500GT running on an ASUS M2N-E SLI Motherboard with Athlon 64 X2 dual core 4400+ prozessor. I run XP.

Any ideas are welcome...

Thanks Skelos, that did the trick ... never had problems with other games with these settings but that did it.

Many Thanks now I can enjoy the game!
