Order of Difficulty

Can anyone who has played to the end or almost to the end give us a list of the islands by difficulty or a recommended order in which to explore them?

Once you get to Greenwort, I did basically every other island (both freedom islands, messerland? (elf island)).

Then I did demonis, found new kordar, grotland/riftland.

Iceland -> Tungsin.

After the 4 first islands, its going everywere after that to progress.
Since some enemies are too hard on island A but doable on island B etc.
