Is Green man gaming legal?

I found Red tide from this site is very cheap:

Is 1C Company partner of this site? And this game from there is legal and safe to buy from them?

Doesn't seem like the bunch who 1C would partner with. They might give a bad CD key too.

This shop is absolutely official so you shouldn't worry about any kind of fraud and it also have a unique “trade it back” feature.
