Where to they sell dragons?

i only find emerald dragon in Mentero "Full Bottle Brewy"

i see someone selling red dragons once. i didt write it where now i cant find it.

Placements of units are random.

Montero has a location where, after you defeat the guards, you can recruit all three dragons.

Elon always has dragons and dragon eggs available for purchase, in multiple locations.

Reha may or may not have dragons, but always has some dragon eggs lying around.

Sheterra has dragons and dragon eggs.

Rusty Anchor has one free Emerald Dragon available, but you have to complete the Recruits quest first to get the key needed to access the area.

And of course, you may find some in various other, random, locations.

All of the above applies to KB:AP. Crossworlds may be slightly different.
