Quest problems

I have started with Ice and Fire now my second party and although I am at level 51 (and level 60 in the non-F&E version) I still have not found the solution to three quests:

1) Vestlig - where can I find the white captains coat, Marelli, the whale, is missing ?

2) Nordlig - Sven the shipbuilder wants me to find the name plate of a ship called 'Wilde Mähne' (in the German version). I have checked the waters all over the world - alright there is the odd part of the map still unopened, but nevertheless, I have looked around quite a bit.

3) Demonis - I would just love to stop the scratchie epidemic. But whoever I approach in the upper world, the question to this quest does not open. Whom do I have to ask for help ?

As I like to finish all quests - this is really upsetting, not to being able to.

The alchemist guy turned the coat into a turban. Go talk to him

Plate of the ship is owned by Xeona's helper demon... talk to him and get the ship part.

Scratchie stuff you have to talk to one of the demons up there and he wants you to get some gift in Riftlands before he helps... I think. Edit: Actually, I think for the Scratchie stuff you get a quest from a demon that sends you to the Ice Garden to find some druid who can help with the cure.

@Dri - thanks for the help.

It really shows, one has to go to all places more than once. I had the turban discussion with the alchemist on my first visit, but as I had not opened the white coat quest yet, no information about him wearing the coat was given. Once I got the quest, I did not talk to the alchemist about his turban, as I believed, I had all the answers already. How wrong I was - but now the quest is done.

As far the Demonis parts are concerned, I have to go there first, as I have started a new game.

When do you get back to Demonis?

I am lv 46 and I got my 5th Valkyrie like 10 levels ago...
Do you get to go back or is the gate closed for good after you beat the prince the first time?

You can re-open the portal to Demonis once You reach New Kordar. Just talk to succubus in the north part of the map and accept her quest.
