skills and maps
How do you upgrade a skill? I have a new character and I have earned 2205 experience points. I see no character screen and no real option to upgrade.
How do maps work? I got a map from a bad guy. It says it is for treasure on a planet. How do I use it? P.S. I'm playing SR 2: Reboot Last edited by Jucifer; 04-09-2010 at 10:09 PM.

On the right hand side of the ship window, there are "+" signs if they are not grayed out you can increase that skill. Hovering over the skill should bring up information on wht the current skill level is and how many points it takes to get to the next level.
The map needs to be activated. In the ship window, if you click on the map there should be an "activate" slot open on the left side of the ship. Once you activate it, there will be a 'Info" buble that says where the treasure is located. You will need to take a probe(s) to that planet and let them explore to find the "treasure".
