Please can Someone guide me, where exactly is Dark Portal in Icenberrg Island...

I Have search every mountain side but I cant locate it ...

Have you completed quest for the valkyrie in Isterreng yet ? You need to do that first.

I have taken with me the second Valkirie and I have assemplied the mask but I csnt locate the mountain hoewever...

near the place where you found missing cabin boy for the pirate captain, there is a valkyrie standing in front of the cave. Once you get valkyrie from the Fastland, this one will join you and the cave can then be entered.

you mean cave of frozen tears.. In order to find Runron you have first to kill the big Spider?
