MOWAS CD key linked to another account

I recently upgraded, and complete bought another computer recently. After re-downloading MOW:AS, and attempting to log onto the multiplayer, It asks me for my key when i enter my info. After putting in the right key and everything, It tells me my key is registered to another account, I looked into the problem, and it appears that a lot of other people have had this problem. I sent a email to your Tech service, And after 5 days, never got a response. please help
