Keyboard addressing in game windows SUGGESTION

Currently it is really awkward to call on the in game windows by alt-clicking them.

Might it be possible to call them by a key binding (perhaps this setting to be made from within the ingame window properties menue) with which one can activate the windows and for the chat window then just writing the message (cursor will be automatically placed into the chat bar when chat window gets activated by keybar). A simple pressing return could deactivate the active window (or alternatively pressing the same key as for activation again).
