Will UBI hog the release/distribution?

I'm sure it was on play.com's 'coming soon' list a week or two ago but it's disappeared now.

I'd rather give them the raw profit even if Ubi get a distributor's royalty.

Peopleare already buying it off Amazon.De so I guess it will be back on Play soon,and without the extortionate postage costs...
