Default Still problems with starting the game....

Thanks for all advices, but the problem is still same: everything goes fine to the point where I choose "campaign", "single mission" etc, it opens the frame where is that 1, 5 , 10, 15 and so on to 100 (percents I think), but it goes only about 5, goes back to 1, again to 5, back to 1, all the time!
I have turned everything to minimum at "video options", the resolution to minimum, SSAO off, anti-epilepsy off, even closed the internet connection after I have started the sim and closed the virus-programs, but sim reacts same way: it goes only about 5, goes back to 1, again to 5, back to 1, all the time!
I, who know nothing about computers, have a (stupid) question: is it possible that my pc would be too weak and slow for CoD; should't there happen a little bit more when I have changed all video options to minimum? Shouldn't it try to load the sim more than 5%, because I tried even minimum settings?
I have also IL 2 Sturmovik 1946, which works perfectly, and Microsoft Flight X , that is a bit slow if fly with all options at maximum. Of course Cliffs of Dover can't be compared to those, they may be totally different, but anyway....
If this tells something to you: when I open the sim, in the beginning there is that blue Ubisoft logo, rolling like a ball: it doesn't roll very well, it is a bit sticky.

You can try deleting the Ubi logo or at least renaming it.It is called logo.wmv.

I believe it it something like Steam\Steamapps\common\IL2\parts\core

Have you also installed the Microsoft Framework.NET from a site other than the Steam/CoD disc?

Yes, I have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and 2.0 Serv.Pack, 3.0 Serv.Pack, 3.5 SP1, 4 Client Profile.
If that means anything I have also Microsoft Sync Framework (installed year 2009).

Win XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3, AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual, Core Processor 4400+, 1.00 GHz, NVIDIA Ge Force 9800 GTX. The stick is Logitech Extreme 3 D Pro, if you ask.
And everything looks ok, I can change the flyer's clothes, goggles, etc. I can choose the aeroplane, I can do everything else but just can't fly....
I have already IL2 Sturmovik 1946 and it works fine, also I have Microsoft Flight X, it is a bit slow in some occasions but works anyway.
