Default Questions about static cameras in Cliffs of Dover

I know that this questions belongs to CoD forum, but after searching there, I have been redirected here, just in case someone can help me (maybe the tricks are the same ones...? )
Just a couple of questions:
1- I know how to set a static camera, but how can I make it to follow a single airplane/unit?
2- I´ve seen some movies in which a camera "rotates" around a plane with smooth movements...is there a way to achieve it without the "normal" shakes made when you move the mouse? (I know, I must quit drinking so much coffee )

And last but not least...can anyone recommend me a video editor (a free one, please) that adds some scratches to the movie, making it looks like an old film? I just have windows movie maker
Thanks:
Otto

F6 Will track nearest AC.
Keep pressing F6 to move onto next AC.
Also set Static Camera's at different heights and push Mouse Forwards to move closer to AC then use F6 again.

VirtualDub is a great editing tool for Movie making and use VirtualDub MSU Old Cinema Filter 2.0 Plug in for adding some scratches to the movie, making it looks like an old film.
Just google VirtualDub and best of all its Free
Hope this helps

Keith
