Default W7 issues?

Not sure if running the game in 64 bit W7 is known to have any issues?...or maybe its graphics card? Anyway I don't know and have sent a mail to ICCwith the DxDiAG file but wondered if anyone here had solved a similar issue?

I get through the load screen and "Press any key"...then all I get is a script failure box and then back to desktop...same on either "normal" or DX10 (I used to use normal as DX10 didn't work on other PC).

Annoying as I was up to level 8 when on previous PC which was XP based.

Ahhh..seems like it could be graphic card then? It's a 512MB Geforce 210 card - which I know isn't top end.

dx11? Nope, I didn't run it in dx11 mode, it surely won't work. I ran it in dx10 mode, with all forms of compatibility disabled. (BTW:win7's compatibility engine is junk&a pain in the *** rear end)
