What's the point of leveling up your spirits if you've finished the game?
 The cheat is "spirit #", type inside the console (shift + ~), press enter. If you don't specify a number it probably gives one level.

Well - when you are only curious about what levels each spirit has - you won't be able to see it all even on 30th level - it is designed to have only one skill maxed (maybe 2... but I wouldn't bet on it) in 30 levels...
You better check this forum for translated Russian fan manual - the original ROCK's and the translated version will help you a lot as you know a lot by yourself (so you can fill the puzzle gaps with already gathered KB knowledge of yours)... but if you read/speak russian - go for the original
