I hope they are still in the preparation process, otherwise it would mean we will have very different prices in different parts of the globe

It's listed as $89.95 Australian to download. That is unusual as the Aussie dollar is at .99c to the US at the moment.

I guess shipping those bits to Australia cost more?

Weird...the Collector's Edition is only about 80AUD in the UK (50GBP), never mind the download version. You guys really get a raw deal on games.

Of course they're not still in the preparation process, guys. It's called price differentiation (or price discrimination if you don't want to use the corporate euphemism). You charge as much as you think you can get away with to each group of people. Why do you think the Ubi shop isn't a worldwide one for downloads? There's no reason for it not to be other than to change the prices.
