Mods?

I don't read russian, and I'm sure that some interesting mods were created by the player since the month of April.
I would like to know if the actual mods made by the russian community will be compatible with the US and EU version, and what are actually the most popular ones.

It is unclear if they work with English version.

There is a playable alpha of a mod that allows your hero to participate in fights directly, sorta like Homm4.

Someone posted a MOD to the demo that allowed the camera height to be double the distance. Does anyone have a similar MOD for the retail version. It really makes a difference IMO.

The mod you're talking about works for the final version of the game.

The file you are looking for is called mod_164_camera.kfs which is a mere 1 kb in size. I can't remember where I got it from but it is in this forum somewhere.

Someone can post a link to it. It needs to go in the data directory. That's it.

Looking at the list of mods posted on the Russian site, that's going to be pretty interesting.
