TOW3-Korea Product Page At Battlefront Forum
The TOW3-Korea product page states that:
•Updated control system focusing more on squads and not on individual soldiers Will this be similar to a Combat Mission style squad control? Will this enhancement be back fitted into TOW2-Kursk? |

This means that squads instead of soldiers are selected by default and you manage them as a whole. However, you can select individual squad member and order him like in previous games if need arises. It may be more like CM, but here you can't stack different orders for a squad, only ones of the same type (move, move, move for example) while in CM you can't select individual soldiers.
There are no plans on fitting this change into Kursk. |

Sneaksie: Thank you for the response. I think you are making a major marketing mistake not upgrading TOW2-Kursk with the newest engine enhancements. The period covered by TOW2-Kursk is one of the most popular among wargamers. The Korean War, while under-represented in wargames, does not generate the interest among wargamers as does the Great Patriotic War. From a marketing perspective, you should issue periodic scenerio packs (like Caen) for TOW2-Kursk that also INCLUDE GAME ENGINE UPDATES. Doing that would guarantee TOW2-Kursk a much longer shelf life and allow purchasers to add value to their initial purchase of TOW2-Kursk. Anther benefit would be that purchasers of TOW2-Kursk would not feel their purchase is obsolete within a year of purchase - HPS does this very successfully. |

Update tow2-kursk to tow3-korea engine
I would be willing to pay for a TOW2-Kursk engine upgrade if it was bundled with a new mission pack like Caen.
