I'll get this one as well. The Desastersoft campaigns are the only missions I fly currently in CLOD.
I hope that the AI will be improved in coming patch. The AI is a bit of a show stopper, lack of agression and at times does not react at all when being attacked.

Lately I got 6 kills in 1 mission simply because of this simplefied AI. But it seems that AI has no priority at the moment for developers.

6 kills in one mission how do you do it ? Your engine nanagement is set to easy and the icons are on the map? Unlimited ammo? Even bombers are more difficult to get down by the simple fact that the Spitfire or Hurricaine do have 15 seconds of ammo!

Everything full real.
Flying 109 on a bomber escort mission. Above Manston I saw Hurri's starting I caught 2 and flew on. Above London there were lot of bandits. Hurri's flying in large formation, I picked out 3, not being attacked by the other ones. Later on I attacked 2 Spits, 1 down. I was seriously damaged by flak, went home together with the He111s all survived. But mid air collision of the bombers brought 2 down, this happens almost every mission. I belly landed in France. During all this I was attacked only once by a Hurri. Outnumbered but the AI did not took advantage of the situation mainly doing evasion moves and continued in formation. Frustrating it could have been a hell of a dog fight. Also ordered my flight to attack my targets, but not response. Quite frustrating this AI!
