sm 4.0 and weird mouse/control problem

i have 8800gts 320 and i cant switch to sm 4.0 but that isnt the real problem.
i can play with sm 3.0 but my view keeps rotating/panning and i cannot use keyboard control (wsad) further more in main menu mouse cursor keeps moving to right.
can somebody help me

I have the same problem,

I'm using a Microsoft XBox 360 pad for windows.

I have got the pad setup, but player view keeps panning right, is there a fix for this?

I've got basically the same problem except that my mouse cursor keeps moving up and the keyboard controls are all out of whack and operate in some bizarre way that prevents me from doing anything. And I also can't switch to sm 4.0.
