Default Friday 2010-10-29 Dev. update and Discussion

Hi all,

Today I'm totall busy making some video as a part of my presentation at exhibition in Moscow next week.
We have a problem with beta binaural sound recording in AVI (crash....).
Anyway I decided to put one of the short videos.
And some screen shots.

Here is the video of Il-2 1946 just to remind all how much there are... and how great is still to play it with so many various of modelled theaters and things...

And here some not so successfull attemp to record video from BoB (still some problems with recording over which the team is working right now) You may notice the help pop up line for novices there (traslation: to make light of gunsight brighter. By clicking there). Notice, there is stil the bug with WAIT instead of Watt... it is corrected, but will be in pre final version.

Next week probably we will be unable to post anything, but after next week - will try to post some new video and shots. But don't ask for each week video! That procedure takes some time that we haven't really!

Shots:
the first one show some of the engine features (for future game add-ons, etc)
Second - some light (it will wokrs by different way.... random and.....later will tell)
3rd - variant of damage at landing
4th - how map of London looks in Mission builder in 2D mode.
5th - Simply some details of important places in London (such several objects will be impossible to destroy that to have no problems with the laws in some contries).

If you have Firefox as a browser there are several Flash Video downloaders available as plugins.

Great video! Love the sound and more impressively I loved the flying by the AI out in front... the Hurricane up ahead managed to get a killing shot and broke away. Looked great!

http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/

Download this proggy. Its called Youtube downloader. It does just that. Right click on the url of the video you want to download. Then copy and paste it into the down load bar of the app. It'll ask you where to save it and you tell it .
It does some simple file conversions. So far anything that i've downloaded using this app, from Youtube is playable on the i pod and iphone.
