Gamersgate download did not work

Hi,

I downloaded Armored Princess from Gamersgate and played it for many months. Before downloading and installing Crossworlds, I did what was suggested in this forum, that is use a clean install of AP. So I deleted AP from my computer and re-installed it in exactly the same computer. It does not work anymore. I tried to install it 3 times, it does not start any longer. When I try, the screen blinks a few times and then back to the desktop with no error message or anything, just like that. Clearly, Crossworlds does not start either.

Has anybody experienced anything like that? Any suggestions? I contacted Gamergate but no answer just yet.
