Why sell on Amazon, without a proper working patch to offer?

None of the patches for Necrovision work for the Amazon version. 1C, what should I do to get this game patched? The game does not recognize my 16x9 monitor. It looks like crap running like that. Please, provide a working patch for this game on for the Amazon version, OR stop selling it through Amazon.

Are you sure it's not patched already? Do you know the game version number?

Yeah, it is the first version. Probably, 1.0?

Yeah, that's it. Thanks. I would really like to have this game running at my native resolution of 2560x1440. The Lost Company game runs flawlessly btw.

Any luck on finding out how to update this game? I would like to play through the series, starting with the first. As I said, the second one doesn't have the aspect ratio bug in the first version.

BTW, I saw that another user had this patch problem, from an Amazon bought game, with the second Necrovision (Lost Company). I don't have a problem with that game, but can you guys figure a way to get this one patched? Thanks.

You guys decided not to support this version? I guess, I can contact Amazon and let other users know of this lack of support as well.

The patch for the European version works on the Amazon download version.
