Where do I buy green dragons?

Or any dragons for that matter... I'm lvl 24 and I can't beat that necro castle and i'm struggling to find any units that can survive more than 3 rounds

it's on a side where u can reach with boat in river of thousand valley's

there is a FIXED percentage of green dragons there

but most units spawns are random
