Fresh re-install of MS FFB joy stick problems:

I have a MS FFB stick that I want to reinstall into my cleaned up Pc ( due to virus , but during cleanup the FFB was removed...sigh)but my system now won't allow me to install from old disk and MS no longer supports it..is there a work around to get it up & going again?
