Default Steam VR Visual Update Beta Update changelog

Hi everyone,

I got the OK to post the changelog that was provided to the beta testers of the Steam VR Visual Update for a recent patch they received. Many of the changelog items reflect the feedback the beta testers have supplied to Team Fusion (thanks, chaps!), and other items incorporate upgrades in third party software versions such as TrueSKY:

5.411 / 5.412 Steam VR Visual Update Beta patch changelog:
*** Czech "Version of Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide" updated [Manual and Localisation Team]

*** Campaign "Tempesta sull' Africa": added briefings in Italian [Manual and Localisation Team]

*** Short manuals: English version updated [Manual and Localisation Team]

*** Flashcards - Torpedo sight update [Manual and Localisation Team]

*** Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide - Czech updated [Manual and Localisation Team]

*** Manuals: New "Advanced skinning tutorial. Guide to skinning small parts"

*** TrueSKY, add a weather graphical user interface accessible in menu and in game (single player).

*** TrueSKY, revision of "Clear", "Light clouds" and "Medium clouds" weather presets to better suits old campaigns.

*** TrueSKY, wind is now active on clouds.

*** TrueSKY, fix clouds shadow on ground (now follow sun and clouds, darkness has been adjusted).

*** TrueSKY, fix clouds synchronization in multiplayer.

*** TrueSKY, Full Mission Builder (FMB) can load and set new parameters for weather conditions (coverage, clouds base/thickness, haze, etc...).

*** TrueSKY, Stellar positions (sun, moon, stars) now take into account effective aircraft Latitude/Longitude. For a given time, sun elevation and lighting condition differ according your longitude (East/West).

*** TrueSKY, add moon lighting and phase from TrueSKY and adjust moon reflexion effects vs sun presence.

*** TrueSKY, change cumulonimbus top layer (more fluffy).

*** TrueSKY, update TrueSKY to v.4.3.7a4e8d5b1.
*** TrueSKY, earth curvature introduced by TrueSKY update is now taken into account in CloD.

*** TrueSKY, update TrueSKY to v.4.3.f8508bf7c.

*** TrueSKY, add new weather parameters to net in/out (multiplayer and track record).

*** New: AI Air Group Formation and Spacing Air Groups now have formation and spacing set at waypoints. Previously all AI air groups used the same fixed spacing and flew in the formation specified for the entire flight. Now the full range of spacings can be set at the waypoint level. Formation is also at the waypoint level.

*** New: AI Bombers bomb spacing Mission builders can specify the series bomb spacing of AI controlled bombers.

*** New: Loadouts Many new loadout options now available on SP mission custom screen.

*** Fix: Bf-110 C-6 Loadout corrected to have six magazines of ten rounds.

*** Fix: Map Temperature Map ambient temperatures updated; Channel Summer: 24, Channel Fall: 5, Channel Winter: -5, Tobruk: 27

*** New: Temperature varies by Time of Day Map temperature is daytime high. When missions are loaded the temperature is modified depending on time of day.

*** Fix: Belting update All Training and Observation rounds removed from default belts.

*** New: Mission scripts Script writers now have access to MissionFileName and ScriptFileName values.

*** New: Vary mission date. Mission builders can set the DayOffset parameter in the mission file to set the phase of the moon. This can be set within the range -15 to 15 days, inclusive.
