MOW assault squad 2 modding help please.

hi guys. i have noticed that the japanese SNLF unit does not have the type 99 rifle which they historically did. i would like to know how to give them this weapon as part of their weapon loadout. also if possible i would like to know how to take a pre made skin for the japanese SNLF from this mod
