Editor and mods

I am currently using the editor and I need to include some Red Rising mod's assets for my mission, but when started the editor seems to hook to the mod's map folder rather than the default one which is used if the mod is disabled.
Any ideas on how I can change the editor's folder(file) of choice for the maps?
