Rendering problem. Help would be appriciated.

Whenever I try to launch I get a split second of what looks like the actual game and then it simply goes black, attempting to alt-tab converts my screen into a massive strobe light (Screen keeps ''blinking'' and I'm forced to shut it down.

eRenderDevice:oReset()

Found this in my log, the eRenderDevice repeats itself from top to bottom.

No I have not, I'll do that now.
I do want to add that I just installed 197.45 release for Nvidia.
