Default EnableResize=1, SaveAspect=0

As a reference to anyone else doing a word search,
finally discovered what these two conf.ini commands are for.

EnableResize=1 allows iL2 in windows mode to be re-sized with a mouse by clicking and dragging the edges or corners.

SaveAspect=0 allows iL2 in windows mode, to be re-sized to any aspect ratio when clicking and dragging, really cool function. SaveAspect=1 will keep the default aspect ration when re-sizing the window.

Yes, it took me a while to realize this, finding information of all the conf.ini commands in iL-2 is difficult.

I'm still discovering the simulation.

I don't think either one of these articles has everything covered but it should cover most of the conf.ini features.
