Can u explain to me ,what is the difference between ROF & Sleep? |

Sleep = Reaction time or delay. The time it takes until the gunners finish their breakfast and rush to the guns to open fire. If set to 0, they will react as soon as a target is within 2 km distance. See this: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=40985

The description of the Sleep setting is not really correct. However, if you check the link, look at my post and you will see how it works.

There should be a test mission in the update showing you what the spotter does and how to use it.
