Hi ... when i started the game menu works fine but when i start game my windows user log off... please help

That's pretty strange, can you also send DirectX report (dxdiag) to ur support team (support@1cpublishing.eu).

I know that this is an old thread and could be considered necroposting, but I wanted to make you aware that I have the same problem. You can read the full story here at:

There's far too much for me to reiterate it all here, besides that I have the same issue with both game, and both demos. I have contacted support on this issue and have received no reply for nearing two weeks now. I'm extremely disappointed in 1C's customer service. I was wondering if I should send support another email, or would that be of no use?
