The Flight models for most planes in WT originate from those in Il-2 1946.

I wonder why we are seeing the recent releases of Russian air combat sims with dark gradient borders?

Looks cartoonish to me. I'm guessing that is more appealing to console players.

I thought it looked pretty decent. The planes looked very good. Lots of them in the air at one time too. Others can argue realism, if it "feels" like I'm flying, I'd buy it. That was the first thing I felt when the original IL2 demo was released. The sense of movement was better than any other sim I'd flown before. I'll keep an eye on this one.

Looks good, no doubt I'll give it a go. But we still haven't seen any heavy bomber cockpits or gunner positions modeled. As a bomber pilot who likes realism this disturbs me.

I'm not usually a rivet counter, but shouldn't the Mosquito have V-12s? Looking at that screen it has V-10s!

But that aside looks like something that could definitely be fun to play

The Mosquito was such a beast that they removed the spark plugs from the last two cyliders on each motor to give the Japanese a fighting chance!
