Default Mk.13 late

The torpedo Mk.13 late is limited in use by mission date. To any other weapons such restrictions are not imposed. This raises the question: is this a bug or a feature? If this feature why it does not distribute to other weapons? And finaly is it possible to change this setting yourself?

Please list for us the other weapons you think should have restrictions, including the reason for each weapon you list.

It is a feature, and not limited to the Mk.13 torpedo.

For example Japan torpedo Type 91 late. Im not shure what exactly mod they are, but even Type 91 mod 3 was appeared only in 1942.

Yes, it would. But then we get to what Aviar requested: Research for all weapons and all planes regarding the date a specific loadout was introduced. That's a too big task, I'd say.

PTAB hollow charge bomblets? (IIRC their first operational use was during the Kursk battles in 1943.)
