Default So...are the campaigns still linear?

The topic says it all. Are the campaigns in TOW2 still linear, "kill every last soldier to advance to the next predetermined map where you have to do the same"-affairs?

If yes, then all the talk about listening to the gamers is pretty hollow.

Missions have very different objectives, not simple "kill everyone". For example in some missions you will have to reach appropriate key points, in others - defend positions and so on. So you'll have great and various fun with this game.

That's good, but my main concern was the question posed in the topic.
Of course, by omission to answer it, I have gotten my answer already.

Thanks, and maybe such a system will be possible in the future.
