Default Has anyone had the game go blank??

This is as far as I get and I would really appericate the help. I click on the character the I want to play ( I chose paladin ), it comes to the first screen where your about to start playing. A bubble pops up saying your, where ever, and then I click on the bubble and the screen goes blank. This keeps happening and I can't get any further. Please help.

I'm trying to play it on my laptop which is older then my desktop. I can't load it on to my desktop for another couples days, I'm hoping all it is, is that my laptop can't handle it.

Try playing in windowed Mode (I think there is an option). That can resolve some issues with display, and at least likely will prevent you from having to restart.

I would also guess your laptop GPU maybe isn't up to the task, or that your shared memory space isn't sufficient. Just a hunch though (Common problem with laptops).
