So.....that giant God climbing out of the reactor was a big wtf. Can someone clarify the ending? I understand the Danko bit was an allegory for the Captain and the situation, but still, why would a meltdown unleash a God, transform everyone into monsters and give Alex psychic/time travel abilites?

Why was there a cutscene of the Earth's formation half way through the game?

Also, the fanmade English subs were incomplete, so I've no idea what either the woman narrator or the chief engineer say in the magical place in space with pillars and the giant bed (what was that btw?). same goes for when the Captain bends down to pet the dog. Anyone care to fill me in? Thanks.

edit: also the text on the black backgrounds at the very beginning and after the credits was untranslated. looked like a quote, what'd it say?
