is there a mod for the skill three or the 3 skill gem you need?

There is no need for mod. Only do chat window : shift key + tilda (~), and in it type rune might/mind/magic and number how much runes you want/need. And then enter.

when you have complet the game will it not show you where cheating?

So you want more runes then game gave you, and ready to do it by modding game files.
But OMG you dont want to cheat ???!!! Then i suggest you play game as it`s intended and use runes you have available wisely and upgrade skills need.
