launch the game go to hardware setup/ video options and place the light object shadows to medium and landscape shadows to medium.

I found out the source of the problem in the screenshot I posted above: by dropping Landscape Detail down to Excellent from Perfect, the problem went away. So, somewhere there is a driver and/or DLL conflict.

In the Black Death Track I get 'dancing' reflections off water (clouds, trees, hills).
Same whether Water = 2 or 3 Water is very dark blue on many maps for =2 or =3. In the Black Death Track it is a Blue/Grey. No noticeable change in frame rates. Well all the lines that have NV on them should be = 1, so something is indeed wrong.
In the setup you have to choose Geforce6xxx..9xxx/FX/4/3 so you did that right. Does your conf.ini look like this under GLPROVIDER and GLPROVIDERS? Code:
