Maloq safe puzzle box, pasword puzzle

Text quest to open a safe with a ceremonial skull within for the crowning of the new maloqrch.
I am not sure if it really works though, but give it a try, if You don't know a better method.
After one and a half our wrestling around with this quest I tried a new aproach, and managed to solve it by the second trial:

I first concentrate on 2 lines: the upper horizontal row and the left vertikal column. I check wich numbers are in place and remove the ones that don't belong there. (Of course some times You also have to remove ones that are on the right place, but don't move them further away than one space, move them away and back ("chainwise" if necessary,).
Then I concentrade on the next row below the uppermost, and the next column to the right of the lefternmost one.

Perhaps it was just luck but I managed to solve this puzzle this way.

Spent quite a bit of time stuck on this. Then I figured out it was just a basic sliding puzzle. Use this solver to solve it. Just assign each number to a color. You'll see what I mean when you use the solver.
