Quest Problem

I have completed the quest "The Press", but it won't recognize it as completed. Its still in the active quest list. Is there anyway to force a quest to end or reset it via console command?

As far as I know there is none. In most cases quests will be automatically abandoned after some time like 30 days, even if no time limit is mentioned in the task description.
