Question Map Editor Crash

I have built a good map 32x16, with 58 units and every time I pull it up it crashes. It will play for a few secounds then crash. Something about a splash pool error. Any advice?

When I first tried to use the editor, my map would cause the game to crash too. Someone here informed me that, in the editor, you have to click on "generate landscape" under "File." This converts your 2D map to a 3D one which can be loaded in the game.

I did that and I could load the map and start to play. After a few secounds it will crash.

What graphics card and CPU do you have? The crash might be because of the unit number being too large.

Here's a link to the guide which Alex Mars wrote up for the map editor. Maybe it will be helpful.
