Big problem with saving!

Hi all,
I have problem with my profile. When I playing everything is fine, but when I'm close the game, and turn it on every progress disappears and if i make a new profile it's disapperas in the same way. The cause of this situation it might be that i do some kind of operation in my windows Xp. I move my documents from disk C: to the other one. So if you can help me I will be grateful, but if you don't manage with this problem, please give me 100% save and tell me where I must copy this.
