1.1 patch will not install ?

installed u.s version game from nvidia games works but full of bugs&missing walls,screen hopping . running win7 full os , asus m3n72-d 9600 quad ,4gb ocz nvidia sli ram,evga gtx 260 sc 1.1patch will not install cant find game ? can u help me get this game running
