Will AP Gift bag work with Crossworlds or is it already included?

It's included in the crossworlds campaign "orcs of the march". It might be included in the other two campaigns aswell but im not 100% sure about that.

So when you play armored princess campaign from crossworlds there are no items from the gift bag?

People assumed it would be incorporated by default, why would it be left out?
