New patch is out on Steam..what about non-steam?

Where can the non-steam version be downloaded? Or is this a Steam only patch like the DLC?

(All retail and digital versions of Men of War AS can be activated through Steam. To activate please use the GameSpy multiplayer CD-key included in the package).

I used my multiplayer CD-Key but the steam didn't accept it. (Not valid CD-key).. What's wrong then?
