What version of O-RD is it (DVD or Steam or ...)?

I am using DirectX 9.0c (4.09.000.0904)

after the error,,,
I checked with DirectMusic,,, it turns out there there is a problem,,, should I check every DirectMusic there are songs that should be running smoothly,,, but it does not happen when I try to test DirectMusic ... what there is to do with my hadware?

The hardware you have (the one you typed above) should be able to run the game.

I don't know what soundcard you use? On-board prolly?

no error message in there,,, but the song when I run the test DirectMusic stop in the middle?
