Wow!!! You folks never fail to impress me! If you were game developers, people would be offering you their first born sons with service like this!!! Thank you so much for the prompt fix!!!

Can't even turn around before you put out a hotfix. Slow down!

Does removing the CRT=1/2 mean we can no longer host with these settings?

Forgive my ignorance, but a post was made on our boards about this subject and it leads us to believe that anyone with a FM/DM modded aircraft would be able to join a game and be near on invincible.

We would like to know how true the statement is.

You will not be able to join online games with CRT = 1 and CRT = 2 if you have different versions of DT.dll.
As I read this, you can run with these settings - but everyone will have had to have installed the hotfix. Where's the problem?

As long as the Server and the client have the HOTFIX DT.DLL you can run CRT=2 on the server. Clients with the HOTFIX will be able to fly, clients without the hotfix will get punted.

It doesn't appear to be self installing- where do I put it?
Thanks!

Like the post said, you pu it in your main game folder where il2fb.exe is located.

It will replace DT.dll - Better save that file so you can switch between 4.11m_CTD and 4.11m_HotFixed in case you run into incompatible server games that might/might not have applied this hotfix.

Not compatible with crt=1 crt=2 - that's bad. I can hear the cheating accusations flying around already.

Will the final fix/patch be compatible and/or change the version?
