Where are the other two spirits?

I have the first two, but not the ice broad and grim reaper.

I don't mean to be impatient, I'm just a little worried that I have leveled up the first two a lot already, and am wondering if the other two will be able to catch up at all.

So, the remaining two aren't found in Darion or the Freedom Isles, are they? I haven't explored the eastern isles yet, though.

You've got a bit to go yet.

After Eastern Isles you'll get sent on a mission to the dwarf lands, that's where you get the Ice Spirit (you can't miss her, she starts talking to you / directing you the moment you enter the dwarf lands).

The Reaper I don't know yet, although I know it's after the Ice.

My Reaper started obeying me in the Dwarven Taron Mine.
Sleem still refuses to help.

When the spirits level up you get to make a choice where to invest the points, but the choice is only between two of their spells so choose carefully.
I would like to see someone do a progress chart about which is the best choice to make to get max results.

The Russian fan manual is what you want, detailed info on just about everything (including spirit levelups).

Unfortunately it's in russian.

Fortunately there is a semi-decent translation

Oh, and Sleem will start obeying you once you feed him a bunch of venomous troops, you can do that the moment you get him.
