game breaker glitch on expert replay

first level, on trying to pick up dynamite, get an error that it is not possible to pick up more ammo of this type. problem being that I have 0 and as such cannot blow up the door to proceed. replay over. plz fix.

edit: nevermind. for some reason the first replay gave some extra weapons, like the US pistol. starting a new game gave only the earned weapons and dynamite worked normally.
